There’s that age in between – where you’re not a kid anymore and you’re not a grown up but somehow you still want to be both. It’s the most unfair time in a kid’s life. Poor Jeremy.
….oh Jeremy >.<
Hey it’s tough being a kid. Or a ‘tween. Or a ‘taint. Or whatever they’re calling it now-a-days.
Dude.. I remember mavis beacon teaches typing…. My school had it on all of our computer lab computers in elementary school.
And there was that one computer that had Oregon Trail on it that we all fought over…. Good times.
I’m currently at the point in life where I am expected to be enough of an adult to be grateful for the socks and kitchen ware I receive every year….. While secretly wishing they just gave me a gift card or something.
“We know you guys are just starting out, so here is this ceramic knife I purchased impulsively on a 3am infomercial and don’t want anymore! Merry Christmas!”… Just wait till poor Jeremy gets there.
Mavis is still out there! I loaded it up and checked it out to see if they had a texting/IM speak drill session. WTF? LOL! BRB! But no, it was still words that no one would ever really use like catalog, resume, and desperate.
Thankfully, my family knows better than to get me knives for the holiday. But you just HAVE to love those impulsive spontaneous purchases that people give you. “Look! I bought it at the State Fair! It’s a bread slicer and it also cuts bathroom tile!” Sooooooo, you think I should make a sandwich and then re-tile the bathroom? Wow. Thanks.
Ah Oregon Trail. What a great game. I think it might be at the root of my irrational fear of dysentery. (and cannibalism)
Oh wait till Jeremy discovers the many wonders/horrors a computer is capable of. Porn, LOL cats, social media, games…um…social media games…the list is endless!
Oh the places you will go…. on the internet….
Hopefully when Jeremy discovers porn on the internet, the back of his head is the only thing viewable from the fish bowl.
Everybody’s hoping that’s all anyone will be able to see. [/just saying]
Thank the Lord, Christmas is over >.<
Our two friends make my boring day at work a little less long ^^
BTW…whatever happened to the cat??
Yup. We’re so glad holidays are over too. *whew* And we love to hear that our two friends have made your work day a little better. That’s our mission. The cat? The cat got a job. Seriously – she got a job on the Internet. She gets paid a ton of money to do… something… I don’t know… she was vague with the details. But once she got a job, she hit the road. Jeremy’s family is talking about getting a new cat but that means we have to pay Kennon overtime to draw the new cat and so it naturally it hasn’t happened yet.
